The debut full length album by SYOP. A powerhouse of 10 rocking tunes played with the conviction and intensity you'd expect from a bunch of poets. Themes of regret, love, nonsense, dance and possession take us through lyrical twists and turns you wouldn't expect to find wrapped inside such solid riffs. Other than a few overdubs this album was recorded in a mammoth 3 day session at Fresh Air Studios, Victoria BC, by Tony Hebert with assistance from SYOP. The album was mixed and mastered by Hayed Cyr at Mind Your Self Music. This album was produced by SYOP.

The original Seven Year Old Poets was borne from the ashes of the Sidney BC rock group Thundersauce. Years later the name would resurface during a band naming session, hence they were dubbed the Poets from then on. A drinking club that couldn't help but be a band.
